Hypoport will participate in the European Datawarehouse (EDW) workshops to explain the Energy Efficient Mortgages Hub Netherlands (EEM NL Hub) : a recent initiative established by market participants in the Dutch residential mortgage market to share ideas and follow relevant market developments.
EEM NL Hub is a direct response to the request from the European Energy Efficient Mortgage Initiative (EEMI) to set up local (knowledge) hubs to follow the European legislation around energy efficient mortgages and the practical implementation on a national level. The NL Hub is supported by the European Covered Bond Counsel (ECBC) and the European Mortgage Foundation (EMF).
