Behind every smooth delivery to our clients is someone who prepared it, ran it, and had the client’s back the whole way through. That someone could be you. We’re looking for a Delivery Manager with proven experience in release management, technical support, or IT operations, ready to take ownership of complex, client-facing deliveries.

 What you will do
As Delivery Manager, you own the smooth, reliable delivery of our software to clients, combining release coordination, technical support, and operational oversight. You work closely with our three other Delivery Managers, as well as Product Owners, Developers, Testers, and the clients’ IT departments.

Your key responsibilities include:
– Release delivery & coordination — Own end-to-end release planning across multiple clients: prepare, execute, and guide clients through delivery, anticipating risks and dependencies before they become problems. For Azure-hosted clients, you run releases yourself, start to finish.
– Technical support & environment ownership — Act as escalation point for technical issues from clients and internal teams; support clients’ technical administrators; own and improve internal test environments.
– Operational oversight & compliance — Manage SLA reporting for hosted clients and present results directly to clients; co-own audit preparation and backup/escrow processes; identify and drive improvements to the delivery process itself.

What we expect from you
You’re capable of owning a software delivery from start to end, and you have what it takes to support both our internal teams and our clients on technical issues.

Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:
– Proven experience in release management, technical support, or IT operations in a client-facing role
– Proactive and self-driven, comfortable owning decisions and pushing back when something isn’t ready
– Strong hands-on experience with T-SQL, PowerShell, Azure DevOps (build/release pipelines), Azure Portal, SQL Server, Windows (Azure AD), and Windows Server
– Comfortable with network configuration and guiding penetration tests
– Excellent English; Dutch is a plus
– Available 32–40 hours/week

What we offer you
– A competitive salary between €3500,- and €6000,- (depending on experience), plus a fixed 13th month
– Good pension scheme
– 30 vacation days per year (based on a 40-hour week)
– Hybrid working, 2-3 days/week in the office on average
– An easily accessible office, 2 minutes from Amsterdam RAI station
– Travel allowance, development budget, monthly net sports & internet allowance, healthcare contribution, and the option to lease a bike
– A company phone and subscription, also for personal use
– Fun outings (sports & social) and get-togethers with a divers and international team

We are looking for a Product Owner who’s curious enough to dig deep into data, bold enough to challenge assumptions, and sharp enough to turn complexity into clarity. Sounds like you? Then this could be the perfect role for you.

What you will do
As a Product Owner, you’ll be at the heart of one of our international project teams, supporting over 50 financial institutions worldwide. These teams:
Help existing clients expand their use of our tailor-made software solutions
Lead new client implementations, ensuring they can efficiently run their business operations on our platform

Besides working with clients, you’ll collaborate closely with:
– Other Product Owners, in small teams across different projects
– Relationship Managers, who manage the overall client accounts
– Developers, who build and improve the software
– Testers and Release Managers, who ensure quality and smooth delivery

Your key responsibilities include:
– Translating client needs into clear, prioritized requirements and scalable product solutions
– Owning and maintaining the product backlog, balancing short-term delivery goals with long-term product consistency
– Working closely with developers to clarify functional requirements and help shape feasible solutions
– Aligning stakeholders on scope, priorities, planning, and key decisions throughout the project lifecycle
– Monitoring delivery progress, spotting risks or scope changes early, and keeping implementations on track
– Supporting testing, documentation, and implementation readiness for a smooth delivery
– As you grow in the role, sharing your domain knowledge across the organization and supporting other Product Owners in their development

What we expect from you
You’re eager to learn, enjoy finding new ways to solve complex problems, and have a strong affinity with finance and IT.

Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:
– Proactive, self-driven, and take ownership of your work
– Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary (self-organizing) team
– Analytical and detail-oriented, with a hands-on mentality
– Thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
– Have solid experience with agile ways of working and tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI — or are eager to learn them quickly
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, (Business) Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Econometrics)
– Relevant work experience is a plus, not a must
– Excellent English; Dutch is a plus
– Available 32-40 hours/week

OUR APPLICATION PROCESS

Are you interested in any of the open roles? Then check out our application process below.

Send your CV

Send your cv and cover letter to career@hypoport.nl. If we see a good match, you will be invited for a first interview. We will let you know as soon as possible.

First interview

It’s time for your first interview! You’ll meet with two of our colleagues at our office to discuss how you’d fit with the team, the value you’d bring, and whether we align culturally. We encourage you to ask questions as well—this is a two-way conversation. After the interview, our colleagues will assess the conversation, and we’ll aim to get back to you within 2 days.

Second interview

If we’re both enthusiastic about moving forward, we’ll invite you to our office for a second interview. This will be an opportunity for you to ask any remaining questions, and we’ll do the same. Depending on the position, the second interview may focus more on technical aspects.

Let’s get started!

If it’s a good fit on both sides, we’ll ask you to provide two references. Once we receive positive feedback, we’ll extend an offer. Because we value our team culture, our managing director Jacco makes it a point to meet with every future colleague personally—he’ll present the offer to you directly. Once the contract is finalized, we’ll complete the standard background check (VOG) and ID verification.

COLLEAGUES SPEAKING

The best way to understand what working at Hypoport is like? Hear directly from our colleagues about why they chose us.

“When I launched in 2002 our technology Platform “PRoMMiSe©” , we had one goal: support our clients. We ‘re committed to the long term. Long term success is more important than short term high margins. For our customers, our employees and our responsibility to the investor world. PRoMMiSe and later Hypoport was created to make the investor world more transparent and we succeed! We started with solving most complex challenges for public and private securitisations and later covered bonds.

Now we’re doing the same for Pfandbriefe in Germany. This because we are the preferred technology platform of many of the world’s leading financial institutes. We do this by working with great talent, making the right decisions, and are committed to deliver as promised. Our people are innovative problem solvers, strategic and pro active team thinkers to count on who also would like to have fun during their job! No ego, but a winning team is crucial to grow further.”
“Even after 10 years of employment, I still get a lot of satisfaction from my work. Also, the organisation’s vision and culture still suit me as a person.
“During my graduation, I discovered that I have a strong interest in the technical data analysis within finance. I also noticed my ability to communicate well between IT and the business.

At Hypoport, these elements come together perfectly. In addition, I got a lot of freedom in my work and the chance to work on various projects, both national and international.”
“Hypoport is a great combination of a professional environment and a helpful, friendly atmosphere. I appreciate how ready all colleagues are to work together and help each other out to achieve the best results. It is always nice to be able to turn to someone at all times.”
