Behind every smooth delivery to our clients is someone who prepared it, ran it, and had the client’s back the whole way through. That someone could be you. We’re looking for a Delivery Manager with proven experience in release management, technical support, or IT operations, ready to take ownership of complex, client-facing deliveries.
What you will do
As Delivery Manager, you own the smooth, reliable delivery of our software to clients, combining release coordination, technical support, and operational oversight. You work closely with our three other Delivery Managers, as well as Product Owners, Developers, Testers, and the clients’ IT departments.
Your key responsibilities include:
– Release delivery & coordination — Own end-to-end release planning across multiple clients: prepare, execute, and guide clients through delivery, anticipating risks and dependencies before they become problems. For Azure-hosted clients, you run releases yourself, start to finish.
– Technical support & environment ownership — Act as escalation point for technical issues from clients and internal teams; support clients’ technical administrators; own and improve internal test environments.
– Operational oversight & compliance — Manage SLA reporting for hosted clients and present results directly to clients; co-own audit preparation and backup/escrow processes; identify and drive improvements to the delivery process itself.
What we expect from you
You’re capable of owning a software delivery from start to end, and you have what it takes to support both our internal teams and our clients on technical issues.
Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:
– Proven experience in release management, technical support, or IT operations in a client-facing role
– Proactive and self-driven, comfortable owning decisions and pushing back when something isn’t ready
– Strong hands-on experience with T-SQL, PowerShell, Azure DevOps (build/release pipelines), Azure Portal, SQL Server, Windows (Azure AD), and Windows Server
– Comfortable with network configuration and guiding penetration tests
– Excellent English; Dutch is a plus
– Available 32–40 hours/week
What we offer you
– A competitive salary between €3500,- and €6000,- (depending on experience), plus a fixed 13th month
– Good pension scheme
– 30 vacation days per year (based on a 40-hour week)
– Hybrid working, 2-3 days/week in the office on average
– An easily accessible office, 2 minutes from Amsterdam RAI station
– Travel allowance, development budget, monthly net sports & internet allowance, healthcare contribution, and the option to lease a bike
– A company phone and subscription, also for personal use
– Fun outings (sports & social) and get-togethers with a divers and international team

We are looking for a Product Owner who’s curious enough to dig deep into data, bold enough to challenge assumptions, and sharp enough to turn complexity into clarity. Sounds like you? Then this could be the perfect role for you.
What you will do
As a Product Owner, you’ll be at the heart of one of our international project teams, supporting over 50 financial institutions worldwide. These teams:
Help existing clients expand their use of our tailor-made software solutions
Lead new client implementations, ensuring they can efficiently run their business operations on our platform
Besides working with clients, you’ll collaborate closely with:
– Other Product Owners, in small teams across different projects
– Relationship Managers, who manage the overall client accounts
– Developers, who build and improve the software
– Testers and Release Managers, who ensure quality and smooth delivery
Your key responsibilities include:
– Translating client needs into clear, prioritized requirements and scalable product solutions
– Owning and maintaining the product backlog, balancing short-term delivery goals with long-term product consistency
– Working closely with developers to clarify functional requirements and help shape feasible solutions
– Aligning stakeholders on scope, priorities, planning, and key decisions throughout the project lifecycle
– Monitoring delivery progress, spotting risks or scope changes early, and keeping implementations on track
– Supporting testing, documentation, and implementation readiness for a smooth delivery
– As you grow in the role, sharing your domain knowledge across the organization and supporting other Product Owners in their development
What we expect from you
You’re eager to learn, enjoy finding new ways to solve complex problems, and have a strong affinity with finance and IT.
Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:
– Proactive, self-driven, and take ownership of your work
– Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary (self-organizing) team
– Analytical and detail-oriented, with a hands-on mentality
– Thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
– Have solid experience with agile ways of working and tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI — or are eager to learn them quickly
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, (Business) Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Econometrics)
– Relevant work experience is a plus, not a must
– Excellent English; Dutch is a plus
– Available 32-40 hours/week
