Release & Delivery | Amsterdam (hybrid) | 32 to 40 hours | €3,500 to €6,000 per month + 13th month
You ship software to banks and lenders. Every release of PRoMMiSe, our credit portfolio platform, goes live because someone ran the pipeline, prepared the package and kept an eye on every environment until everything was green. That someone is you.
This is a starter to medior role with a clear path to Release & Delivery Manager. You do not need five years of experience. You need to be hands-on and precise, and when you see a step done by hand for the third time, you want to script it. One honest note: this is release and environment engineering on a Microsoft stack (Azure DevOps, PowerShell, SQL Server). You will not be building Kubernetes clusters or writing Terraform all day. You will own the full path from build to a client’s production environment, and your work is visible to clients every release.
What you will do
– Azure releases: run PRoMMiSe releases through our Azure DevOps pipelines, from internal test to client test to client production. You check each stage and plan the release with each client at their moment.
– On-premise releases: generate the publish script from the code, prepare the database upgrade scripts, package the application and release notes, and deliver the complete package to the client’s IT team with clear instructions.
– Azure environments: manage and configure the environments where PRoMMiSe runs. Keep them stable, secure and available, including user management via Azure AD and Windows Server.
– Databases and support: maintain SQL Server databases, support clients’ technical administrators and internal teams, and manage our internal test environments.
– Improve the delivery process: turn manual steps into PowerShell scripts and pipeline tasks, keep the release checklist current, and make every release faster and safer than the last.
– Operations and compliance: contribute to SLA reporting for hosted clients, audit preparation, and backup and escrow processes.
What we expect from you
Must have
– A technical background (MBO-4 or HBO in IT, or equivalent) and 0 to 4 years of experience in IT operations, support or software delivery
– Working knowledge of SQL and SQL Server
– Comfortable in a Windows and Azure environment
– Structured and precise: you follow a checklist and improve it
– Clear communication with clients, in English
– Available 32 to 40 hours a week
Nice to have (we will teach you the rest)
– Azure DevOps build and release pipelines
– PowerShell or T-SQL scripting
– Azure AD, Windows Server, basic networking
– Experience supporting penetration tests or audits
– Dutch
What we offer you
– €3,500 to €6,000 gross per month depending on experience, plus a fixed 13th month
– A clear growth path: year one you run Azure releases independently and deliver on-premise packages; year two you lead the delivery relationship with clients and take on the compliance side; from there the next step is Release & Delivery Manager
– €1,000 development budget per year, and we pay for certifications required for the role
– 30 vacation days (based on 40 hours) and a good pension scheme
– Hybrid: 2 to 3 office days a week, 2 minutes from Amsterdam RAI station
– Travel allowance, monthly net sports and internet allowance, healthcare contribution, and the option to lease a bike
– Company phone and subscription, also for personal use
– An international team of 55 people, sports and social outings, and get-togethers that actually happen

We are looking for a Product Owner who’s curious enough to dig deep into data, bold enough to challenge assumptions, and sharp enough to turn complexity into clarity. Sounds like you? Then this could be the perfect role for you.
What you will do
As a Product Owner, you’ll be at the heart of one of our international project teams, supporting over 50 financial institutions worldwide.
These teams:
– Help existing clients expand their use of our tailor-made software solutions
– Lead new client implementations, ensuring they can efficiently run their business operations on our platform
Besides working with clients, you’ll collaborate closely with:
– Other Product Owners, in small teams across different projects
– Relationship Managers, who manage the overall client accounts
– Developers, who build and improve the software
– Testers and Release Managers, who ensure quality and smooth delivery
Your key responsibilities include:
– Translating client needs into clear, prioritized requirements and scalable product solutions
– Owning and maintaining the product backlog, balancing short-term delivery goals with long-term product consistency
– Working closely with developers to clarify functional requirements and help shape feasible solutions
– Aligning stakeholders on scope, priorities, planning, and key decisions throughout the project lifecycle
– Monitoring delivery progress, spotting risks or scope changes early, and keeping implementations on track
– Supporting testing, documentation, and implementation readiness for a smooth delivery
– As you grow in the role, sharing your domain knowledge across the organization and supporting other Product Owners in their development
What we expect from you
You’re eager to learn, enjoy finding new ways to solve complex problems, and have a strong affinity with finance and IT.
Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:
– Proactive, self-driven, and take ownership of your work
– Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary (self-organizing) team
– Analytical and detail-oriented, with a hands-on mentality
– Thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
– Have solid experience with agile ways of working and tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI — or are eager to learn them quickly
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, (Business) Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Econometrics)
– Relevant work experience is a plus, not a must
– Excellent English; Dutch is a plus
– Available 32-40 hours/week
What we offer you
– A competitive salary between €3500,- and €6000,- (depending on experience), plus a fixed 13th month
– Good pension scheme
– 30 vacation days per year (based on a 40-hour week)
– Hybrid working, 2-3 days/week in the office on average
– An easily accessible office, 2 minutes from Amsterdam RAI station
– Travel allowance, development budget, monthly net sports & internet allowance, healthcare contribution, and the option to lease a bike
– A company phone and subscription, also for personal use
– Fun outings (sports & social) and get-togethers with a diverse and international team
